Q: What type of filters do you use?
A: NSF* certified filters
Q: What do the filters remove from the water?
A: Chlorine, Lead, cysts such as Cryptosporidium and Giarda. Our filters also provide taste improvement and odor elimination.
Q: Who installs the EFI water centers?
A: Our certified, insured and experienced technicians. Our techs work cleanly and efficiently, with no disruptions to your regular activities.
Q: What material is used to run the water lines?
A: All of EFI’s installations are done in copper.
Q: What if there isn't a water source close?
A: There is no need for a water source close by, we can run lines up to 500 feet.
Q: Do you have shut-off valves?
A: Yes. There are two shut-off valves for every water center.
Q: Will there be any change to the appearance of our office?
A: No. There are absolutely no cosmetic changes whatsoever.
Q: What is your response time to a service need?
A: In most cases, we are able to resolve any service matters in four hours or less.
Q: Is there a warranty on the water centers?
A: There is a full, all-inclusive warranty on every water center for the full term of the lease.
Q: How often do the filters need to be changed, and who changes them?
A: Our technicians performed complete diagnostic check-ups and filter replacements on an annual basis, or as needed.
