"The biggest problem I have as a Purchasing Director is bringing in something new that my people things they won't like or want. We didn't want to change from our bottled water service because we thought we were more than happy with it. Then Jim Klein from EFI showed me a proposal and how much money we could save, along with time, labor, space, and administrative money being wasted on the bottles of water. To be honest I was very apprehensive about this new type of service because, problems aside, my people liked the bottles, they were used to seeing them around the office. "We weren't happy with the bottled water service because we have multiple locations and coolers at each of those locations, so the bills became hard to keep track of and eventually got out of hand. We could never tell if the bills were reflecting the total number of bottles used because with 30 coolers the consumption caries quite a bit, EFI stepped right in and provided us with the same number of coolers, but all on a single quarterly invoice, and at a price that stays exactly the same quarter to quarter. It had been smooth sailing all the way. We no longer have to deal with delivery interrupting our day to make room in our limited storage areas for those ridiculous bottles. "I had already been convinced to switch to bottle-less drinking water service, but unfortunately, I assumed any bottle-less drinking water company could do the same job. That was a big mistake I made in the whole conversion process from bottled to bottle-less drinking water. We signed on with the vendor who came in with the lowest quote, which means we didn't give our business to EFI initially. We ended up having two different leaks from poor and unprofessional installations. When we called for service, we had to wait a week before someone got to us. Later, I learned the leaks were due to the water lines being plastic, and that there were no shut off valves for the coolers themselves.

I remember Jordan Taylor telling me about the care and attention to detail that EFI's technicians provide, and I gave him a call. They came out the next morning and replaced the systems we originally chose, and we never have been happier. All of the installations were neat, clean, and professional. The water lines were run in copper rather than plastic, and their response time to any need we have has been less than eight hours from the time we made the call.

Believe me, I know that if you choose the cheapest price, the quality of the service will reflect that decision. EFI is the best!"
